Description

The indications for use of Arimidex are: adjuvant therapy of early hormone-positive breast cancer in postmenopause; treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women; adjuvant therapy of early hormone-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women after tamoxifen therapy for 2-3 years.
rimidex to be taken orally. Swallow the tablet whole, drinking water. It is recommended to take the drug at the same time.
Adults, including the elderly: 1 mg orally once a day for a long time. In case of signs of disease progression the drug should be discontinued.
As adjuvant therapy, the recommended duration of treatment is 5 years.
